The GUS-332/C6434 is a precision-engineered 2-wire braided hydraulic hose assembly manufactured by GEARUP SUPPLY in Hungary, designed for auxiliary hydraulic circuits and boom/stabilizer cylinder lines in JCB 3CX Backhoe Loaders, 540 Loadall Telehandlers, and excavators. Built to DIN EN 853 2SN standards, this hose features two layers of high-tensile steel wire braiding over an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube.
With a 1/2-inch (12.7mm, DN12) inner diameter, approximately 22-24mm outer diameter, and 780mm (30.7″) length, this assembly delivers a working pressure of 276 Bar (4000 PSI) and a burst pressure of 1100 Bar (16000 PSI). It operates reliably from -40°C to +100°C.
Fittings include a 1/2″ BSP ORFS or JIS flange 90° elbow on one end and a straight connector on the other.
