The GUS-332/D2215 is a versatile hydraulic hose assembly manufactured by GEARUP SUPPLY in Hungary, engineered for auxiliary service lines and excavator-end or steering system circuits in JCB 3CX Backhoe Loaders. Built to SAE 100R2AT / EN 853 2SN standards, this hose is available in both 2-wire braided and 4-spiral configurations depending on pressure requirements.
With an inner diameter of approximately 1/2″ (12.7mm) or 3/4″ (19.0mm), an outer diameter of approximately 22-27mm, and a length of approximately 800-1400mm (varies by machine configuration), this assembly delivers a working pressure of 276 Bar (4000 PSI) in 2SN configuration and up to 350 Bar (5100 PSI) in 4SP configuration. Burst pressure is approximately 1100 Bar (16000 PSI).
Fitted with 3/4″ BSP or JIS parallel thread connectors with 24° cone seat O-ring seals, this hose may also feature an MSHA-certified fire-resistant outer cover.
