The GUS-332/C0370 is a heavy-duty hydraulic hose assembly manufactured by GEARUP SUPPLY in Hungary, specifically engineered for the excavator-end dipper (lift) cylinder hydraulic circuit in JCB 3CX (Eco/Site Master/Plus/Pro) and 4CX (Super) Backhoe Loaders. Available in both 2-wire braided and 4-spiral configurations, this hose is built to withstand the high cyclic loads of excavator arm operation.
With a 19.0mm (approximately 3/4-inch) inner diameter, a length of approximately 1010mm, and a working pressure of approximately 240-275 Bar (3500-4000 PSI), this assembly delivers reliable performance in the dipper cylinder circuit. Burst pressure is approximately 1000 Bar (14000 PSI), with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
Fitted with 1-3/16″ UNF heavy-duty 4-bolt flange heads (typically 90° elbow on the female end and straight on the male end), with a recommended bolt torque of 30-40Nm. For replacement, Code 61 flange fittings are required.
