The GUS-834/11555 is a precision-molded EPDM rubber radiator coolant hose manufactured by GEARUP SUPPLY in Hungary, engineered for radiator connection lines in JCB 3CX and 4CX Backhoe Loaders and 520/530 Telehandlers equipped with Perkins or JCB Dieselmax engines. Featuring polyester/nylon fabric reinforcement, this hose may incorporate multiple bends for routing in tight engine compartments.
With an inner diameter of approximately 38-51mm (1.5″-2.0″), an outer diameter of approximately 46-59mm, and a length of approximately 300-600mm (12″-24″), this hose handles low-pressure cooling system operation at 2-3 Bar (30-45 PSI) across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
For optimal service life, concurrent replacement of clamps and thermostat is recommended, along with the use of JCB-specified coolant.
