The GUS-332/F3116 is a critical 4-spiral wire reinforced hydraulic hose assembly manufactured by GEARUP SUPPLY in Hungary, purpose-built for the rear axle brake lines and chassis brake connections in JCB 3CX and 4CX Backhoe Loaders. Engineered to EN 856 4SP / SAE 100R13 standards, this hose is designed for the high-pressure demands of brake systems where safety and reliability are paramount.
With a 1-inch (25.4mm) inner diameter, an outer diameter of approximately 1.60-1.75 inches, and a length of approximately 870mm (34.25 inches), this assembly delivers a minimum working pressure of 276 Bar (4000 PSI) and a minimum burst pressure of 1100 Bar (16000 PSI). It operates from -40°C to +100°C, with intermittent tolerance up to +120°C.
Fitted with a 1″ Code 61 4-bolt flange head on one end and a 1-1/16″ UNF male swivel fitting on the other, this brake system hose must never be substituted with a lower-specification 2-wire braided alternative.
